Job Title: - Assistant Admin Manager - Travel

Job Description
Travel Desk-Roles & Responsibilities
Management and booking of ticketing activity (Flights / Hotels / Packages / Visa)
Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
Cooperating with users to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers.
Managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records & to be ready at anytime.
To circulate regular updates on travel and accommodations.
Coordinate for Services and destinations to meet user demands for bespoke travel and sustainable travel
Dealing with user enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.
overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the Travel Desk.
Liaising with travel partners, tour operators and hotels, to manage bookings, schedules & promotions.
Know how of Forex transactions.
Helping in the smooth & efficient running of Travel desk.

Transport-Roles & Responsibilities
Administers transportation system (e.g. answers inquiries, refers problems to data processing or vendor, etc.) for the purpose of providing system support to the Transportation Department.
Communicates with drivers and employees (e.g. reviewing route maps, responding to inquiries, etc.) for the purpose of assisting with roaster, pickup / drop and route related problems.
Evaluates routes in coordination with Vendor, GPS and end users (e.g. cab stops, clock schedules, etc.) for the purpose of determining vehicle routes in conformance with company policies while complying with mandated guidelines.
Ensure the Inspection of vehicles on daily basis to ensure all compliance with safety standards. Also to update vehicle preventative maintenance service records on regular intervals.
Inputs data into computerized transportation system (e.g. street names, speed limits, stops, hazards, walking boundaries, left and right turn directions, employees data, new and changed transport boundary information, etc.) for the purpose of creating route maps.
Prepares Roaster, MIS, occupancy report for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information monthly / weekly basis.
Track and maintain record of occupancy of individual cabs on daily basis. SLA would be 85% occupancy to be maintained. If not, then highlight on weekly basis and suggest actions for the same.
Reviews & prepare the data of field trip sheets on daily basis for the purpose of arranging transportation and maintaining proper billing. Escalate once, monthly distance covered reaches
