Job Description

1. Analyze the order release report from the planning team to understand the materials required, date of delivery and to order.
2. To analyze and process purchasing requisitions and make purchasing decisions accordingly.
3. To investigate new and improved sources of goods and services
4. To establish and maintain working relationships with suppliers and develop lists of approved suppliers for use by the company.
5. To co-ordinate with various department for purchase requirements and implementation

Skills :
1. Considerable knowledge of purchasing methods and procedures, working knowledge of sources of supplies, price trends and grades or quality of materials and equipment.
2. Ability to maintain complex purchasing and inventory records.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other departments & vendors.
4. Knowledge on commodity markets and price trends, various grades, qualities and varieties of materials, supplies and equipment.
5. Good communication, co-ordination & analytical skills
6. Knowledge in packaging material
7. Strong Negotiation skills

Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 PA.
