Job Summary
Urgently required Front Desk cum Admin Officer.
Job location : Thaltej, Ahmedabad (Behind Intas House)
Candidate should be fluent in speaking English.
Qualification Req.- Graduate
Experience Req. - Minimum 3 - 8 Yrs in admin and front desk job.
Preference - Male/Female.
Responsibilities & Duties,
* Handle all the front desk operations.Manages reception area and looks after visitors.
* Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary.
* Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
* Coordinate with the guests and respond to their inquires.
* Handling courier services (in / out).
* Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries
* Arrange Hotel Booking/ travel and ticket booking,
* Handling House Keeping staff.
