Own and manage client relationships, ensuring a successful partnership and overall positive experience with Oracle Data Cloud and our products.
Collaborate with ODC’s engineering and operations teams to create a positive client onboarding and integrations experience.
Proactively review and monitor clients’ data, surfacing insights and resolving challenges as they arise.
Serve as the point of contact for client discussions by email, phone, and in person.
Identify product training needs within account portfolio and spot opportunities to educate partners about our three core products.
Escalation of technical issues inhibiting client activity to the engineering team
Delivering presentations to allocated account teams to communicate new ODC products and initiatives
Increase revenue across existing trading relationships
Quarterly forecasting and tracking of key account revenues and activity
Attending external meetings with allocated account teams
Attendance of client entertainment and networking events as necessary
Become an expert on ODC's strengths and capabilities.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 2 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
