Job Description

Job Summary:
· Take ownership of service requests received for account set-up for residential regular subscribers and process these requests by speaking to subscribers and gathering the requisite information for setting up the account and scheduling the installation request for the subscriber.
· Take ownership of requests received from subscribers for relocating their services and process these requests by speaking to the subscriber and scheduling the relocation for the subscriber. The associate is required to coordinate with the services team and ensure that the relocation requests are fulfilled as per the timelines promised to the subscriber.
· Take ownership of subscriber requests for Transfer of ownership, account merger and split, provide speedy and accurate resolution
· The associate is required to ensure that all information related to various transactions processed for a subscriber is captured in Siebel as per the standards specified.
Required Skills –
-Responsible for handling customer’s queries
- Excellent Communication in Assamese or Hindi/English
- Higher Secondary /10+2 pass can apply
