About the Position:
The LMS Administrator is responsible for managing all elements of Learning Management System – SABA CLOUD at Novotech. The role will be based in our Bangalore office.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Manages the day-to-day and ongoing operation, maintenance, usage, analysis and administration of the Learning Management System – SABA CLOUD
Work closely with the LMS Product Manager, IT and L&D Department to develop standards and processes for submission of content into the Learning Management System from various systems and applications.
Create courses, curriculum and assessments as per the requirements and build prescriptive rules (PR) for auto-assignment
Proactively monitor and validate all data input and output of LMS system
Uploads Contents such as SOPs, Videos & SCORM etc into Content Server
Performs quality assurance checks on content and tests content behaviour and communication in Sandbox prior to deployment in Production
Analyze and prepare reports on training utilization, enrolment and program participation.
Manage security roles, permissions and notifications within the LMS
Answers and resolves technical issues related to the LMS systems/features and manage LMS support help desk tickets in a ticketing system tool
Creates user accounts and familiar with bulk import processes
Maintains consistency in process standards for the LMS and document RFCs, system settings and configuration.
Manage Saba Meetings and ILT/VLT course creation and roster management


Qualifications and Experience required:


Graduate in Information Management, Computer Science or similar field of study.
Relevant experience/qualifications in Learning and Development/Elearning or HR shared services professions may also be considered.
Preferably at least two years’ experience working in LMS Administration.
Must be able to communicate clearly, able to prioritise and meet deadlines with a client-focused approach.
