Job Description:
Background Verification Checks for Employment in USA.
Experience:
Experience working in International Call Center for a minimum of 5 years is must.
Must have good relevant experience in Ticketing on any CRM platform.
Experience working on ZENDESK Platform will be an added advantage.
Communication Skills need to be extremely professional and appealing.
Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 Monthly
Saturday & Sunday Fixed Holidays
Shift Timings: Night Shifts (No pick up and Drop as of now).
Location: Sector – 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
PLEASE NOTE:
Work from Home till Lockdown period. Post Lockdown candidate must visit office during working hours.
