Job Description

§Verify the document like final title policy and recorded deed of trust and also send the email to title company for these documents
Knowledge about HMDA
Take Approval and Decision on Loan purchase
Required to cancel and denied the loans under HMDA regulations.
Verify & maintain the various documents like 1003, 1008, credit report, AUS, CAL, LE, LA etc.
Give the denial reasons and instructions under which the underwriter denies the file.
§ Successfully handles most non-routine issues, escalates to management on a timely manner, issues that cannot be resolved
§ Requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities and is able to meet published deadlines for activities
§ Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets and adheres to SLA
§ Accurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilities
§ Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
§ Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team
§ Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
§ College degree or above, Accounting, Banking & Finance or any Business related course is a plus
§ 1- 3 years’ of work experience, Banking Mortgage related in BPO industry preferred.
§ Good Understanding of MS Office, familiar with Encompass Tool Preferred
