Responsibilities and Duties
To handle full Reception area.
? Maintaining day to day Records in excel sheet.
? Attending calls of clients.
? Handle all Inward & Outward Courier Details, Keeping all the records of Courier in system.
? Maintain inward and outward register for staff.
? Schedule meetings for Directors.
Key Skills
Should be graduate, Presentable.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Receptionist 1 year (Preferred)
Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Should be graduate
