Opening for Area Manage for Cochin .

Job Description :


Continuously meeting up with Head of Departments of Engineering, Degree & CA Coaching Institutes and developing rapport, understanding their changing need and updating them on the new product of the Company.
Provide presentation and product demonstration to the clients & students to support during the introduction of new products and services to customers.
Implementation of all BTL activities.
Analyze sales data to identify market trends and moves.
Product Introduction & launch in channel.
Define and follow up of monthly and yearly target and objectives.


Candidates must know :


To ensure handling of distributors and maintain good and effective relationship.
Understand market & Trade by regularly visiting the market to ensure & improving trade visibility.
Ensure maximum dealer visit in upcountry market for greater focus on the increased channel relationship.
Analysis & Forecasting of Business plan Tgt vs. Achvt and define & execute strategies.
Monitoring & Guide the distributor sales staff to achieve primary & secondary targets.
Scheduling the targets to distributors as per the business plan.
Initiating sales promotion activities and ensure maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market share.
Imparting and organizing training program for distributor staff for achieving secondary sales target and also to be sound enough in terms of product knowledge.
Dealing professionally and courteously with all customer complaints or queries
Planning & providing signage & arch gate to the dealers to improve more visibility to enhance the customer experience.
Planned hoardings during season time to improve the brand & product awareness to the customers.
Should be minimum 60% in academics.
Prefer industries i.e. Consumer electronic. AREA OF EXPOSURE: Strategic Sales , Channel Sales, Distributors handling, Business Development, Revenue generation ,Client relations/ Presentations , Product based promotions


Location : Cochin

CTC : Upto 9 to 10 lac.

Experience : Minimum 4 - 5 years .
