Job Description

We are looking for a goal oriented resource who would be responsible for taking care of the recruitment process of our organisation. The responsibilities would be:
1) Sourcing and screening resumes of potential candidates
2) Lining them up for subsequent round of interviews
3) Following up with the candidates on all steps of the job application till they are placed
4) Assist in business development activities, client visits, closing the deals etc.
Qualification:
Any graduate
Skills:
Good communication skills (both english and hindi)
Presentation skills
Interpersonal skills
Convincing ability
Note: The selection of candidate will be subject to 1 week's training. Offer will be rolled out basis the performance in training period.
